My quest for looking for a new cafe with a good vibe took me to Maman in Princeton, New Jersey. Thinking this was a local cafe in Princeton, I was wrong. As I researched more about this, they actually have 29 locations to date since it was created in 2014. They have locations in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, Washington D.C., and Canada.

| Nutty Chocolate Chip Cookie |
As soon as I entered this cafe, I instantly saw the
cleanliness of it all with its base white background and
its patterned floor tiles. The green vines climbing up the
wall brings adds to the homeyness of the interior. Their
menus seem to be quite creative. I have yet to try all of
them. But as I was lining up to decide on my order, my
eyes feasted on the piÑa colada croissant cube which is
filled with coconut cream inside. I decided to take that dessert home. But I thought of enjoying myself inside the cafe with a flat white and their nutty chocolate chip cookie, popularized when it was featured in "Oprah's favorite things". The barista who took my order was also friendly and accommodating. Truly, the owners and creators of this cafe stay true to their intent to make it a "home away from home".
I am definitely coming back here! Thank you Maman!
