What makes a good coffee bar?

So what makes a good coffee bar?

Personally, these are several criteria to look for in a coffee bar:

1.)   Baristas are welcoming and respectful to anyone who comes in. They are knowledgeable about their products.

2.)   The atmosphere itself is designed to be welcoming and clean. Details are placed and noticeable and may form a lasting impression of the place. Minute details can really make an impression. For example, I found this sewing machine repurposed for a table just by the window of a café in High Bridge town in NJ called Scout’s Coffee Bar and Mercantile. Antiques like that could actually be perfectly placed somewhere yet still come out inviting by combining them with something contemporary. Having a clean bathroom with some character can also spice up your coffee bar experience.

3.)   Quality products. Now, I am no coffee connoisseur but I can appreciate a good coffee drink. Elevencoffees describes a good coffee as "flavorsome and aromatic with a balance of sweetness and acidity. Bitterness is always present in coffee but it never dominates the cup."

4.)   Coffee bars should find ways to make the community be more involved. They may add to the variety in their place by inviting artists, and musicians to exhibit or play respectively.

These basic criteria, will want me to go back over and over again even if it can be a drive.
